In-Service Professional Development for Schools

NJHEART offers professional development for teachers, counselors, coaches, and leaders in formal and informal educational settings. Our in-service training and workshops are available in full-day, half-day, and hourly time frames, and can be customized to match the specific needs of each district. While in-person training is the preferred format, we will provide virtual in-service sessions if needed.

Starting with the 2023-24 school year, NJHEART will begin accepting payments from school districts for in-service programs. However, if a school district does not have the funding available, we will provide the training for free. For more information about how funds are used by NJHEART, please visit our Donations page.

Our team of educators is available to discuss your needs to tailor a program that best fits your district. To schedule a consultation, complete this short survey.

In addition to our in-service professional development programs, we offer free online workshops for educators. To learn more about these opportunities, please visit our Short Training Sessions page.
