Racial-Ethnic Identity Models

Participants will learn about two racial-ethnic identity models before considering where they themselves are in their own process of identity development. There will also be an opportunity to practice identifying evidence that can help educators recognize where their students may be in the process. By having an understanding of where our students are in their identity development, we can focus our discussions and activities to help them continue in the journey of becoming social justice advocates
